Together they'll discuss the basic mistakes every home cook makes; the strategies chefs rely on for correcting their own errors and turning potentially disastrous dishes into delicious ones; and the most mistake-proof kinds of recipes. Plus Dana and the panelists will talk about the nature of failure and success in broader terms and reveal how they've confronted setbacks in their personal and professional lives.
